In each class something new to learn

I take them continually.

it was commission law and contract law.  It was detailed and I learned a lot of new leads.  Example If you do not add a dated time limit for the seller to counter the seller has 24 hours to counter.

Actually took one last Thursday.  The new mce ethics and legal update.  I was required to take the course so I could re certify to teach it.  Great improvement in the course material.  Looking forward to teaching it in 2016.

Contract courses are my favorite.

I like tangible, technical stuff such as contracts or commercial. I want the class to present material that will be very useable.

I love technology classes on everything that is new and can help with business. 

Favorite is maybe not the right word, but most useful was my 1031 tax free exchange class.  I think it's helped me help clients more than any other class and topic was NOT covered at all in my pre-licensing class back in the day.

I think the green courses are interesting

My favorites are the ones when we go over the changes in the standard contracts.  These are excellent for keeping in the loop with how to present offers and to keep from making potential expensive errors.

Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist was a designation course, 2 days packed with lots of great information for my market.

I took an amazing Fair Housing class that my old company gave after an agent was embarassed on local television - and no, she did nothing wrong.  Shoppers from a local fair housing group staged something for the cameras during Sweeps Week.  But this class was not for credit.  The instructor did an amazing job of going over all of the things that could get us into Fair Housing jail, and I've never forgotten the lessons learned.
