No. I pay $10 a month on Zillow and have the "Premiere Status" after my name, but it hasn't done anything to bring me leads. I seem to get tons of them when I list a rental, though.

NEGATIVE...I find that my money works for years when I market myself and just for a client ortow.   At least REaltor.com is a Professional site where as most others are not.  They just use our lisitngs to steal our clients away

I ignore them all, becuase they contiunally hijack my listings and show the incorrect information and listing agents. Liars, Thieves, and Carpetbaggers

Been there done that.  The quality of the leads was low and the investment was high.  Then they decide to add mobile as a separate entity.  They are nuts.

I always refer my clients to redfin. I know they are my website competitor, but they do provide up to date and accurate info. Afterall, my goal is to inform my clients so they are able to make the best informed decision on their own.

I'm not obsessed with them.  I use the free versions to my advantage as another tool in my tool belt.

I could care less about these leads, and would never pay for one.  In my opinion, they are worthless.
