Our weather has been in the low to upper 90s all week.  Only work I've been doing, is on my tan!

Yes I heard you all got snow - crazy May snow.  As for me,  I'm going to skim the pool and see if it's warm enough to get in this weekend. Perfect way to spend Mothers Day!

Getting ready for Mother's Day. :)

No weather issues here, but read about the artic blast hitting many parts of the country. So much for May! We just have cooler, gray weather today.

No snow here.  Sun is out and temps reaching 85+ degrees.  

I had a very productive morning.  It's not even noon yet.  

No work-around needed re: weather. The San Francisco Bay Area today is covered by a blue sky. I took my morning walk in 70 degree weather. One more reason California has a populaton of about 40,000,000.

We had beautiful weather for a few days and I had some drone exterior photos taken yesterday of my new listing coming up in Pebble Beach. Then the fog came in, and got a lot done on the computer since then.Looks like fog is burning off so time to swing by the office, then the beach for my daily exercise. No live showings scheduled for today, although we are allowed with restrictions. Tomorrow is Mother's Day, probably not a big real estate day. But you never know. People are itching to go look.  

Despite the weather, we had a lot of showings on our land today.

Heard about the snow...we have May overcast with the Marine layer real thick.  We drove to the wine county for sunshine, a change of scenery and a croissant. a

I did have my only buyer of the day cancel due to the weather Saturday. I got caught up on some paperwork for this weeks new listings and got somethings dome around the house. The plan of opening the pool was postponed due to snow

Yes "whether" has had a tremendous impact on our business.  "Whether" sellers will allow showings, "whether" clients are willing to do what is needed to see homes. "Whether" we, as a nation, can survive this pandemic.  "Whether" the weather even matters when we are forced to stay at home.

That is crazy, Andy! I was out with buyers (who were referred to me from an AR member) yesterday! It's slim pickins in our market right now but, at least we don't have the weather to contend with!
