Market Summary for the Senita Subdivision in Maricopa   If you are looking for a large home with 5 - 7 bedrooms in Maricopa, then Senita might be the subdivision for you.  It is very common for homes to have over 3,500 sq ft and many bedrooms. One version even has 7 bedrooms and a loft! How crazy is that?    Currently we have 29 homes for sale in the Senita Subdivision ranging from $101,000 to $249,000. Of these homes, there are 3 with at least 6 bedrooms and 3,900 to 4,100 sq ft.
