We have some of the mildest weather in Canada Year round, which means Mild weather in the Summer ( no extreme heat) and Winter--( stays above freezing with Little or no snow) Victoria is located on the Southern Tip of Vancouver island In British Columbia. The Ocean is about 50 degrees Fahrenheit  year round which contributes to our mild weather by heating the air in the Winter -hard to be freezing with the near by warmer Ocean - then Cooling the air in the Summer.
