SPEECHLESS SUNDAYS | DAY 19 IN 366 MILES IN 365 DAYS One January 1, 2014 I joined a Facebook Group started by Carra Riley called “365 Miles in 365 Days”.The purpose is for those that are invited and join to walk, ride a bike or use their treadmill or elliptical trainer by going a minimum of a mile a day for 365 days.
