Eating two pieces of wheat toast with peanut butter, especially if it's low in sugar, can be a nutritious and satisfying part of your daily diet. It provides a good balance of carbohydrates, healthy fats, and protein.   SOLD by JILL MURTY Ocean View Condo in Dana Point  What a terrific ocean view condo property!  Ocean view from multiple areas in this neat condo, walking distance for most people to Dana Point Harbor, shops, restaurants and the beach.  This should have been a smooth transaction, but the buyer side was really pathetic.  We had cause to throw them out of the transaction on multiple occasions, but the nice seller decided to stick it out to the end.  The buyer's agent paid the seller's carrying costs for the 30+ days they were late closing.When I informed the seller that escrow was closed, her response was "Yea!!!!! Thanks for all the pain you endured with this."  This one was a heck of a ride.  That's for sure.
