  Some interesting information was released recently by Bloomberg concerning home sales and available inventory. It appears the housing recovery is real, and we’re beginning to see signs of an upturn in prices.   The article, “Existing U.S. Home Sales Decline as Supply Drops” contains a number of interesting points as they relate to your decision to buy or sell a home in the near future.
