Have You Updated Your ActiveRain Profile Yet? Yesterday ActiveRain's Bob Stewart held an informative webinar regarding how to update our profiles. It was very informative and plus it got me motivated to find the time to actually work on it. Kerrie was there to give us all the links and some important specifics about the site. All in all, it was a very good hour and here is a summary of what I got from the webinar.   Change your Header Picture: Must be 600X200 or larger. It defaults as nice blue and white clouds. Here's an interesting graph of Yucaipa Sales compared to Price Range of 2012 and 2013. Be careful interpreting this information. The green bars represent the number of Yucaipa home sales in 2012, and the blue bars represent the number of Yucaipa sales in 2013. Considering we are only halfway through 2013 so the blue bars on the graph are inherently smaller than the green 2012 bars. Yucaipa CA REALTORS A good mental exercise to help predict the rest of 2013 Yucaipa home sales is to visualize each blue bar exactly twice the height as it currently is. What I also find interesting is the 2013 blue bars, or 2013 home sales so far this year, surpass its 2012 counterpart home sales as you go higher in price ranges. Yucaipa CA Market Report As Of June 20th, 2013 - Yucaipa CA Realtors This is a quick market report for Yucaipa, California as of June 20th, 2013. This market report will highlight sold Yucaipa homes throughout the year so far, how many active Yucaipa homes that are on the market, and how many pending and back-up status homes are in Yucaipa: Since January 1st, 2013, there have been as total of 297 total homes sold in the city of Yucaipa, according to the Multiple Listing Service, or CRMLS. 187 of those sales were standard sales, 66 were Yucaipa short sales and 34 were foreclosures.   ©Look Who Escaped from the Chicken Coop©   I spotted this girl who had escaped from her chicken coup and was just walking around in the bushes. I got a couple of pictures before the big dog in the yard started barking and she ran back inside.   She is a Red Sex Link hen and lays about 6-8 eggs a day every day of the year, not scared of predators, good disposition and a nice family pet.       Hens have to be careful as the hawks try to pick them off but usually after a few close calls, they run and hide from predators.   She was not afraid of me until the dog barked.
