You know if you stay around in this business long enough  you begin to wonder what`s going on with the human race! You try to be nice to people and they take that as a sign of weakness. You attempt to work out a solution, and rather than deal with reality,some people go into a cocoon and pretend nothing is wrong!  We have a situation with a family. The husband seems to believe he doesn`t have to pay rent, he`s made numerous excuses and made a mockery out of the entire responsibility of paying rent! Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson is not ruling out the possibility of making insurance companies eligible for TARP assistance. In a press conference Tuesday morning, Paulson said that several insurance companies already qualified for the aid as bank holding companies but the Treasury, he said, has not made a decision to include all insurance companies at this stage. It is not clear whether Paulson is considering requiring insurance companies to become bank holding companies, or purchase an existing bank to qualify as such, before receiving aid under the Troubled Assets Relief Program. Insurers that decide to make such a move would come under a measure of federal regulatory control.   Seems the bailout bill maybe  over for the housing market ,but that doesn`t mean it`s over for Hedge Fund investors. John Paulson of hedge fund "Paulson & Co is betting that securities tied to troubled mortgages will start to improve. Such a move,observer's said is looked at as a sign the troubled mortgages will start to improve. So I have been working with international clients, who are looking to purchase a couple of homes in Miramar, Fl. Things have been going great. We were able to find two perfect homes. We placed two offers. Each brother was purchasing a home. They were both foreclosures, well priced to go quickly. Not on the market very long. As it turned out both homes had several offers already. Now it becomes a bidding game. One of our offers were accepted and the other was not. Back to the drawing board again for one brother, and for the other we move forward.   During the height of the market many "So Called" investors bought homes in area`s that were considered risky. These investors believed the "Gold Rush" would never end and by purchasing these homes, it was a way to make thousands upon thousands in profits. Some made off well, while others weren`t as lucky!
