We do alot of rentals each week. Lately,some of the Realtors we`re involved with seem to be scared to "Pull the trigger" per se with accepting the renter! They seem to forget the majority of people who are renting can`t afford to purchase a home, and have average credit scores! They aren`t bad tenants,nor will they skip from paying the rent! There are some Realtors who have started demanding Tax Returns,additional credit information,pay stubs, and other items that quiet honestly border on "Privacy Act" violations. Many,can`t seem to justify what they`re doing,except pretending to go through the motions. I don`t know about you but each day I like to check the MLS to see how the homes in my area are doing. I look at housing prices like a stockbroker looks at stock exchange each day, only they have the Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg news to use as a guideline, we in Real Estate don`t.   Stock Brokers use graphs and charts to form opinions whether the market will rise or fall.
