Have you continually thought about living in paradise - Waikiki, Hawaii? I lived in Iowa the first 9 years of my life. My family then moved to Saratoga, California - Silicon Valley and I lived there for 8 years. I then spent a year in Lake Tahoe area. I then moved to Orange County - Newport Beach for 2 years. I next moved to La Quinta, California for 8 years. Finally, 2 years ago, I found my real home - Waikiki, Hawaii. All the places I have lived are nice places and I do miss my friends in the Bay Area, but Waikiki, Hawaii is the place for me. I love the warm perfect temperatures year round - no heat and no air conditioning needed. The beaches, surfing, golf, restaurants, shopping and events are amazing. I am 30 years old and there are alot of young people here too. Wherever I travel, ...

After visiting hundreds of places in the United States, Gary Wagner of the Orange County  Register recently named the top 10 favorite places. On the list is the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. Come in the winter and watch mountains of water that have rolled across the Pacific Ocean to crash into spots like Banzai Pipeline and Sunset Beach. Despite being renown and famous worldwide, the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii, remains one of the least developed spots in the Hawaiian Islands. The morning line up of surfers at Waimea Bay if full of surfers hoping for the 50 foot waves. I feel this will be a good winter for waves. I was there yesterday surfing and the waves are already waist high. Andy Kress - Your hangten realtor Waikiki Real Estate Inc.

Did you know that you can buy a 2 bedroom condo in Honolulu for only $212,000?Hale O Kanoa #303 (MLS# 1008879) is now only $212,000Last month, I wrote about a 2 bedroom condo in Honolulu for only $250,000. Today, the price was reduced by an unbelievable 15%! There's another unit on the market, one floor above, priced at $259,000...As I've mentioned before, this amount of money could barely get you a studio in Waikiki, at best in the peak of the market. Now you can own a 2 bedroom in town within minutes of Chinatown and Downtown for just over $200,000!
