In the late 1840s, a group of settlers-mostly of German descent-formed a small community in Spencer County in Southern Indiana. If you love Christmas like I do then you won't want to pass up the chance to visit Santa Claus Indiana! Over the next few weeks I will be creating a Group and building up Localism for Santa Claus Indiana as well Spencer County Indiana as a whole. "I Live in Santa Claus Indiana, in Christmas Lake Village" lol. It is a GREAT place to live but does come with challenges in marketing for a Realtor. There are 2 Villages (the one I live in is Gated; the other one is called Holiday Village and it is not gated), and you cannot market within the villages (door to door style).
