Real Estate Market Report for Rehoboth MA- 508-878-0917 More Good News for Home Sellers in Rehoboth There are currently 61 homes on the market in Rehoboth MA- with an average asking price of $514, 677. In December of 2013- the average sale price was $354,000 and only 6 homes sold- compared to 2012 where the sales price for the month of December was $278,000. A very nice improvement of home value in Rehoboth and more of the same to follow in 2014. The  number of homes under contract right now is 133% higher than last year!
