Hello from Ocean City! Wow! Cruiser Weekend, Memorial Day, Air Show Weekend, Ocean City has come alive! The Summer is in full swing and we are looking forward to seeing you on the beach soon! The Ocean City Real Estate Market Continues to Improve! Year to date sales are up 18.3 percent from this time last year. So far 311 Ocean City condos have sold, compared to just 263 at this time last year. The new inventory last month was down 14.1 percent. The Ryan Haley Team of REALTORS had a great weekend at the 11th annual Ocean City MD Humane Society's Boardwalking for Pets Dogwalk! The weather held off and the sun shinned down on beautiful Ocean City MD which allowed the event to be a huge success! Over 250 dogs and their owners took part in the annual event, raising upwards of $25,000 in support of the hundreds of furry friends at the No-Kill Shelter. The abandoned dogs and cats depend on the Ocean City Humane Society to care for them by providing food, shelter, and vet care.  They are a No-Kill shelter and receive no public funding.  They rely on fundraisers to provide the necessary care for our homeless pets.                                               This is a great event that gains popularity every year!
