In the "here we go again" category, someone posted rooms for rent in this banj owned home. Despite there being a sign on the door of no trespassing and "this home is NOT for rent", this young man took the bait. I had a big mystery Saturday afternoon. Checking a new vacant listing I got, not yet on the market as we await the appraisal to come back to set a price. There was a bird in the house. How did it get there? How will i get it out?  As I pondered how to get it out, walking through the home I decided to open the back door and prop the door open of this Manchester NH Area home. When we came upon this Concord NH area home, another buyer came running out with their agent saying :you do not want to go in there." My buyer looks at me, and walks faster.... toward the building. His motto is the dirtier the better. Less offers to compete with.   Have you ever seen a Home Buyer get excited about a dirty home? I have, and that should make the seller worry. You see, I have a nice group of different cash buyers I work with, ready to buy any home that needs work. It is my pets home too - barked the home owner that let his dogs roam the home. What to do with pets is a long asked question when it comes to selling ones home. Today is day 6 of 10 in my blog series of the "Top 10 tips" for home owners selling their homes. #6.
