I was out with my husband the other day and we were coming back from Connecticut through Rockland County.  We decided to stop at a relatively new outside mall and take a quick look around to see what stores had opened up.  The mall is the same premise as the Woodbury Commons for those of you who are familiar with that and while quite small compared to Woodbury it had a nice feel to it.  It is in the location of the old Nanuet Mall and is called The Shops at Nanuet. It has the same type stores as the Commons such as Coach, Vera Bradley, J. As a Home Stager, you're always proud of your work but in this instance, it was a little stronger than usual! I had the support of a great agent at Coldwell Banker, Jackie Garcia-Morales, and we had a lot of fun transforming this ugly duckling! The day was doomed from the beginning since the furniture company arrived 1 hour before they were supposed to. When I reached the condo, it actually started to sleet! Nothing like removing staging supplies from your car in wet, nasty weather. Ten minutes after we got there, the power went out and didn't return for several hours later! While it's hard to tell, we had lots of issues to deal with here. The condo is very dark and the choice of carpeting, wall color and ceiling color, did not help. And yes I said ceiling color!
