Massillon Market Report- March 2009   There are currently 44 homes for sale in Massillon. The average List Price - $103,091.   Pending - There are 15 homes pending and under contract. Average List Price - $59,507. Average Days on Market - 129.   Sold - 21 homes sold in Massillon. Average List Price - $51,062. Average Sold price - $46,046.
