What a great event celebratng 5 years in Cleveland for Keller Williams!   Soooooomany interesting facts that really wowed us all.  1st Our Strongsville Market Center now has 1st place in Strongsville market share.  More overwhelming is the fact that we are now # 3 in Northeast Ohio and the two companies above us have 85 offices between them and we have only 3 offices yet rank 3rd in terms of listings.  Our sales, listings, and agent counts are all up as much as 53% over last year at this time.  A new office franchise has been awarded in Mentor. Looks like agents are really figuring out how great an agent focused company can be.  Almost like a small Red Bash at Family Reunion this was a terrific event that focused on the importance of our culture.  Kudos to us all and the team leaders, o...

Perhaps not one of the most important games of the season between the Browns and Miami Dolphins, however, it was still a great game for the Browns.  I had 8 parties thru my open house....did not pick up a buyer, many neighbors and families with small children who, although thought the yard lovely, was not accomodating to their family's needs, but there were prospects out there.  The one with any serious interest had a realtor : (  but Jim had 3, one neighbor, one prospect and a buyer with a realtor.  It was a beautiful day, we had plenty of signs up, one ad and one without.  Overall we may have one prospect to work with.  and the listing I sat may have a buyer who resurfaces with his realtor.  Jim's Open was priced in the low 200K's and mine was in the mid 300K both in Strongsville Ohio

Just a note to say "thanks" to all of you who returned a message yesterday. Not knowing what to expect it was a true surprise and what a great way to start the day with so many positive messages.This looks like it is going to be a lot of fun and very rewarding....I too am enjoying reading about all of you.  I will have to admit that I will have to set the alarm clock and limit my time because you want to spend a great deal of time on this site.But what fun!Thanks again to all who sent messages...it really makes you want to participate even more.Sherry
