Warwick township used to have Warwick day in the Fall at Guinea lane park. Our office used to set up a table and we gave our free promotonal items with Re/Max information. I participated one year and was at the table with another agnet. I had a new listing in Warwick township. It was  a beautiful house close by. I printed out flyers and had a display of one flyer and it said how much will the house sell for.?
