Sweetgrass in Mt Pleasant SC Sweetgrass is a subdivision that was established in 1989 by Centex Company. It's location is ideal if you like the outdoors and/or shopping. You are literally minutes to the Isle of Palms & the Atlantic ocean. There are many golf courses within a short diving distance. Downtown Charleston, SC is about 15 minutes.  Kiawah Island is about an hour's drive. Hilton Head is about 1.5 hourse drive. Like Shopping? Sweetgrass is situated between Mt. Pleasant Towne Centre and Shoppes at Seaside Farms. There are some homes that are built on a pond ---of course people pay more for those than the homes that are not on the pond.   Point Pleasant in Mt Pleasant SC Point Pleasant subdivision in Mt. Pleasant, SC is conveniently located to the East Cooper Hospital, Highway 526, the Atlantic Ocean, Mt.
