(not so) Speechless Sundae...     Typically around the end of March I set out the hummer feeders to attract migratory birds heading north for the summer. Last year I got an opportunity to capture this oversized and over stuffed Hummer. Well it must be a hummer it's at a humming bird feeder, Right? I reckon I've gotta keep an eye out. Maybe nobody will notice that I'm  masquerading as Hummer.       Yes, I know that it is a sap sucker, but I had fun taking pictures of this reoccurring visitor to one of my hummer feeders. Color Coordinating...                  Every now and then I run across a home owner who likes to color coordinate. While color coordinating is okay, there are some things, such as outlets, that should be left alone. This is definitely not a good idea and especially when it comes to GFCI outlets. When these are painted over, the paint will often jam the mechanical test and reset buttons. If the buttons are jammed, the device may fail to trip resulting you going z-z-z-zt, which is not a good thing! Brentwood real estate market report for December 2011 - Brentwood real estate sales increased again with 59 closings compared to 57 last year, bringing the absorbtion rate to 5.2 months. Thats still within the range of what most consider a balanced market.  The median price of Brentwood Real estate increased from $534,000 last year to $560,240 this year, a 5 percent increase, a sure sign that the market is changing.  The list price to sales price ration for Brentwood real estate in December was 96.6%.
