Inventory took a big dip from where it started in January 2017 to where we ended in December. This 50% decrease in active inventory is a direct result of a hot market and homes selling quickly and buyers paying strong prices.Average time on the market was between one and two months.  Active home listing prices increased 11% over what they were in 2016. The Final Walk-Through, Don't Skip ItBuyers ask why should do a final walk-through? One reason is that state law allows the buyer to right to do this. Serendipity Sundays - Slow Down and Enjoy the SnowWinter weather has set in and Friday brought a predicted snow. This closed schools in Clarksville/Montgomery County and set children out to play in the snow over the weekend. It hasn't warmed above the high 20's so very little melting has taken place.
