Cockroaches!  Need I say more.  You never know who used the boxes before you,  what was in the box (food???) nor do you know where the box has been.  I recommend you always buy new boxes when moving your household.  We offer new boxes at our location.  Purchase as many as you need.  We will give a full refund on unused boxes.  Provided we don't find any cockroaches or eggs.

Clarksville, Tennessee Real Estate Is Strong!Clarksville is a beautiful city in Northwest Middle Tennessee.  I know you've heard of it, that is if you've been listening to the news lately.  Of course, the media likes to paint the terrible picture of the housing markets, but Clarksville is one to brag about.  Or at least I do.  Just this week, Clarksville was on the news again!  Did you know it's the 10th fastest growing city in the U.S.  The entire United States of America, and Clarksville is number 10.  Well, I want to take a moment and let you know what is contributing to this growth. And, to say thank you to everyone that reads this blog.  Without you, we would not be here.  According to the MLS in 2006, Clarksville-Montgomery County had a record setting year. There were 4,127 closed...

Middle Tennessee enjoys mild, pleasant weather most of the year amid the rolling hills at 500 feet above sea level.  Clrksville, TN is about the same number of feet above sea level as Birmingham, Al where I grew up.  Only on a few days of the year does the area experience severe hot or cold conditions.  Much of the annual rainfall occurs during the early spring and the late fall but a shower during any season is not unusual.  Yearly precipitation as a hole is moderate, with occasional snowfall during the winter.  The coldest month is January, during which the low averages 28 degrees; the warmest is July, with an average high of 90 degrees.  However, extremes do occur - Clarksville experienced well-below zero temperatures on December 22, 1989, and a cold snap every spring, usually aroun...

I just read an article that said the average time in the U.S. to sell a home is 10.3 months. The article went on to say FSBO's take even longer.  Clarksville Tennessee real estate is an exception to these figures with the average time on the market (MLS) is 92 days.  The national press would have us believe our country is in such bad shape and I'm sure some areas are depressed.  I've heard of areas with homes prices dropping, foreclosure rates at all time highs and mortgage scams, and with all the negative press some believe this is the case everywhere.  It's just not the case in Clarksville!!!!!!!
