In the San Antonio real estate day, my husband Steve and I spend a great deal of time talking to Sellers about how to increase the curb appeal of their home because they want to sell for an acceptable price, in a reasonable period of time.  The subject of enhancing curb appeal does not always receive the attention that it deserves....  Sellers think that we are asking them to do some work.  It is hard to deny our intent...
