Tina Latta Returns to full time @ Rugg Realty in Sun City Texas When you are a small business enterprise, like Rugg Realty every agent is precious. Unit sales in June of 46 properties is 18% ahead of prior year. Average Sale Price is $302.4k, a 1.1% decline from one a year ago. Median Sales Price is down just ½ of a percent to $286.2K. Days on market have improved this year, but still 39% longer than last year at 75 days. Perhaps the most positive indicator is that even hard to sell homes are going under contract and selling out of inventory.
