         CITY OF MELISSA HOLIDAY HOURS City offices will close at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 24th and will be closed on Thursday, November 25th and Friday, November 26th in honor of Thanksgiving. The Library will be closed at the same time but will also not be open on Saturday, November 27th either. All business hours will resume on Monday, November 29th. The Police Department Reminder:  For all NON-EMERGENCY needs during the HOLIDAY, please contact Collin County Sheriff Dispatch at 972-542-5350.   In an event of an EMERGENCY, always call 9-1-1.
