Yes it is cold,   darn cold.   One thing is for sure.  it was predicted to get a bit warmer today.  (I believe the low yesterday- Thursday was -20F  yet today at about 8am I took a snap of this thermometer in Verona Wi.  -23F  yes colder than yesterday.  As we'd say in England, cold enough to freeze the ba**s of a brass monkey.  don't ask why!   Anyway, there it is.  the record is straight.   I read today it isn't the coldest on record.  Apparently in 1951 (rember back last century?)  it was -39F.
