What an amazing day in the history of our nation. I recommend finding the all cash buyers. At least you know your deals will close. The market on Maui is still strong, however, buyers are concerned, and sellers should be, even the ones who don't HAVE to sell. it may be a long time. Staying and holding power is crucial.
