Brick,Point Pleasant,Ocean County New Jersey Real Estate seems to be movin again hooray!! It seemed to me we were at a very long stall with alot of buyers & seller's .Everyone was waiting for someone else to move first on price & I think finally we are starting to see a more realistic market.Few more nice days to get that phone really ringing & I might lose these extra pounds I put on quitting smokin & sittin at a desk all winter haha.
