Our team works all over the Charleston, SC Metro Area, from the beaches (Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, Daniel Island, James Island, Johns Island, Folly Beach) to western and inner suburbs (West Ashley, Goose Creek, North Charleston, Hanahan, Summerville, Mount Pleasant) and Downtown Historic Charleston.
Our specialty is the Mt. Pleasant market, both in new construction and existing stock. We regularly prepare market updates for our clients and allied resources (see following example). We pay particular attention to Belle Hall Plantation and Heron Pointe subdivisions.
We work about 50% with Buyer Clients and 50% with Listing Clients. We have developed advanced systems for buyers - according to their particular situation (i.e. out-of-towner, first time home buyer, etc.). And an effective marketing system for listings that has allowed us to outperform the market. For 2014 & 2015, our average Sold/List Price Ratio was 97.62% compared with the average for the MLS of 91.14%. In addition we sold our average listing in 36 days, compared to the average of 75 days for the MLS.
Our Spanish language capability helps us communicate better with Spanish-speaking clients.
In the last 7 years we have qualified for the "Realtor of Distinction" Award, for placing in the Top 52% of the 7,000+ Realtors in the Charleston Area.
In addition we have won annual production awards from Keller Williams Realty, Carolinas Region.

"The reason we called Alan in the first place is because of the marketing material he had shared through email, mail, and the Belle Hall website. We were very impressed with his quick response and ability to meet with us almost immediately after calling because we were in a bit of a time crunch because we were doing a corporate relocation.
We were also impressed with his knowledge of the neighborhood, what the homes were selling for in the neighborhood, and what folks were looking for in the neighborhood. He seemed like he knew a lot about Belle Hall and he was the perfect agent to represent us and sell our house.
One other thing that he educated us on was that we could list our house for a significantly larger amount than not only what we bought it for but what we originally thought we could sell it for.
