Get to know Aaron Fulcher
Aaron Fulcher has a passion for real estate and for helping people navigate the journey. He was a spearhead in creating, designing and branding a program that closed over $700,000,000 in residential real estate sales in the past decade. As of 2011, Fulcher had become a true voice in the Northwest, negotiating distressed real estate assets. He has trained and coached many of the top producers in the Boise, Idaho market as well as Title and Escrow officers statewide. Aaron has been competitive, increasing volume, growing his brand and advancing in one of the worst economies in decades, setting sales and volume records in and around the Northwest since he began his career at the age of 19.
In the first half of 2012, he relocated to Bend, Oregon and began buying and remodeling residential real estate in both Central Oregon and in his hometown of Boise, Idaho. Aaron has bought, remodeled and sold 45 homes in the Northwest as well as designed and built his personal residence. He has negotiated for development one of the largest contiguous, high density, multi-family parcels ever in the greater Boise area. His record numbers, sales and work ethic speak volumes to the individual he is. Often quoted as saying, "I live a life of no regrets, I am the man that I am today as result of the choices I have made and how I choose to react to all that life provides." Aaron's positive attitude through the ups and downs of both life and career are infectious.
Beyond real estate, Aaron has an amazing wife and two beautiful children who are his world. They share a passion for the outdoors, from skiing to mountain biking, hiking to mountaineering, often with their Golden Retriever, Rilo and Bernese Mountain Dog, Willa, in tow. Aaron is a collector of life experiences and is most happy spending one on one time with those he cares about most. He has a passion for helping others and serving in his community. He has traveled extensively, understands a fine wine and has an eye for architecture, home design and what people really want. At the end of the day he truly enjoys being at home, around the fire pit, with family and friends.
