My integrity is very important to me and our office. I believe in honesty and being up front with any issues that might arise. We run our office as a Team and all of our agents work together to take care of our client's needs. I believe in being informed and up on the issues affecting Real Estate in my area. I have my ABR, CIPS, GRI and TRC certifications and am working on my CCIM.
Our office philosophy is, like many other offices, "THE CLIENT COMES FIRST". To that end, we are a full service office with long-term, short-term and concierge management.
We manage around 80 properties with half being in vacation rentals. Our largest inventory of rentals is in the Waikoloa Beach Resort
Resort properties along the Kohala coast of the Big Island and acreage have been my largest areas of experience. The resort properties include single-family home lots, single-family homes and condominiums. Purchases for investment have been the dominant reasons for buying here. I believe in giving my clients all of the data available for them to make an informed decision in buying or selling real estate.
I strive to be the type of Realtor I would want working for myself. I am the principle Broker and owner of our office in which our goal is to be good, not big.
