I am a Realtor in Clinton, NJ. I have very high expectations for myself and my clients. I work deligently and prioritize my time to maximize my business. Being trilingual has help with assisting buyers in their own language. I speak Portuguese and Spanish in additional to English.
My purpose is primarely to find a need for my services, provide the information necessary to satisfy that need and eventually build a long lasting relationship. My clients are always able to reach me and I address all issues with deligence and compassion. Gaining my clients trust and respect allows for a better work relationship.
I specialize in first time home buyers. It is a process of educating and guiding through the process of purchasing a home. From getting pre qualified, to finding the right home, negociating the offer, to assisting in finding an attorney, through the home inspection, ect. I take pleasure in seeing my clients excitted at the prospect of owning their first home. My best qualities are my knowlege to real estate, easy going ways and my foreign language abilities. I am a member of NAR, NJAR and the GSMLS. I service the Hunterdon, Warren and Somerset Counties. Referrals are part of my business.
