| We were so happy to find Athina! We had our house listed with another agent who told us that everything looked good and we didn’t need to make any upgrades or do any ‘staging’- just lower the price. After 6 months all we had was some negative comments and no serious prospects. When Athina first came by and did a walk-through she immediately pointed out the things buyers would be looking for and what we needed to do to attract attention in the saturated market. With a little paint and some other minor upgrades and repairs – all of which Athina managed and contracted out – we closed less than 2 months later.
