From a multi-decade professional career in real estate and financial services, Bill developed strong organizational and marketing skills that have helped build a robust real estate services team providing a high level of expertise and resources few agents can match.

Debuting as a real estate agent, Bill’s first sale was a home not yet on the market. He went on to hone his management skills in the financial services industry for U.S. Bank California, successfully serving as a branch manager, then concurrently as Chief Appraiser and Major Real Estate Lending Officer. Later, taking time off to study first-year law, he became a Certified California Paralegal then went on to work for a San Diego-based political consultant to develop a community involvement program for an international financial services firm. But, his passion for all things real estate brought him to Palm Springs and the beautiful Coachella Valley.

Bill now supports his wife, Linda, serving as marketing, advertising, and ops manager for their Fine Luxury Living real estate brand as well as Pineapple House Studio, their private lending, property investment, redesign and staging venture. Bill also specializes in resort home photography and graphic design but, in his spare time, he’s a serious chef!
