KDBS buys properties and started buying rentals in 1989. Our business currently helps families out of financial challenges buying in as is condition. KDBS has rehabbed homes including condo conversions,wholesaling to investors,and holds rental properties in NH, FLA, and MA. Our goal is to help families financially & improve neighborhoods.
Bill's background has included running companies and building. He has been the GC of every renovation that KDBS has accomplished. Bill manages and maintains the rental properties. Currently he is seeking out steps on how to rent to disabled individuals. Kathy also works as a Senior Mortgage Broker at Drew Mortgage which services loans throughout New England and Florida. She is helping families with their home loans and Investors expand their portfolio with real estate. Kathy is also a UFIRST Certified Agent helping families pay off debt in 1/3 to 1/2 the time without paying more per month.
