I have 25 years experience plus three years internationally, in Singapore and Indonesia. Licensed in northern Virginia for 15 years and 10 years in south Carolina. Was licensed in North Carolina also. Speciality in residential, farms, country property, homesites and foreclosures and short sales.

In northern Virginia was on Board of Directors of local Association for three years, on Legislative Committee for entire time in northern VA and chairman for last four years. Million dollar agent all 15 years and Top Producer for 4 of those years. Became Broker, and have GRI, ABR, CRS designations. Still very active in my 80s and find the rush is still very active.
