30+ years as a software engineer and development manager. Which speaks well to my penchant for detail. Semi-retired 4+ years ago and decided to get into real estate from an agent perspective after having some success in buying my own investment properties. Relocated to Simpsonville from northern New Jersey (Rockaway Township). Have a wife and daughter and two dogs both rescues (the dogs that is). I volunteer at the elementary school(wife is a teacher) throughout the year as well as head up the high school football teams field set up and chain gang activities during the season. Family, community, country. Think globally and act locally. "The property you looked at today and want to think about until tomorrow is the same property someone looked at yesterday and is coming in to make an offer on today"

I list/sell homes as well as commercial properties and land. I find most rewarding, working with first time buyers and relocating families. I also have a fairly extensive background working with investors & flippers. Greenville County is my area of expertise and the southern part of the county is my passion. I also have a good knowledge base of Laurens County along with parts of Spartanburg and Anderson Counties. Southern Greenville County is beautiful, rolling hills, pastures, streams, creeks and woodlands. Still many family owned and operated farms in this part of the county. Still feel like you are in the country and yet be just minutes from all the amenties you could want. Eighteen minutes to downtown Greenville from here. There are three main growth corridors in the area - West Georgia Road out of Simpsonville in a southwest direction, Fairview Road headed south and Woodruff Road headed southeast.
