Daniel brings to Stewart Title a wealth of skill and professionalism and has earned numerous awards for excellence in service throughout his career in the Title and Escrow Industry.With a background in the high tech industry and a wealth of escrow knowledge, his strong marketing and communication skills are paramount in assisting agents with transactions.A life long resident of the San Jose Area, Daniel graduated from UCSC earning his degree in Chinese Studies. Attending graduate school at Beijing University in China, Daniel gained fluency in Mandarin. Daniel is also the current Secretary for the Chinese American Real Estate Association which has been serving the SILVAR and SCCAOR Communities for the last 18 years.
