Being a General Contractor as well as a Realtor allows me the opportunity to look at properties from many perspectives. It can be a benefit to have an individual that can look at a property from a construction point of view and offer advice on potential areas of concern as well as point out amenities prior to the purchase of those property's. I pride myself on my detail and meticulous oreintation when it comes to construction and real estate.
New home construction is my area of expertise. I have established relationships with many builders in the Tri-state area and pride myself on the mutual respect offered with those builders. I try to stay as current as I can with builders in the Tri-state area and what their products include and not include compared to their competitors. It is this reason that keeps me at the front of the pack when choosing a Realtor to sell or purchase your next home.
