David Wayne Morris serves as a Loan Officer at the Tracy, CA branch for New American Funding. While originating loans, Dave is responsible for obtaining the goals of his borrowers in a timely manner, communicating effectively throughout each transaction.

Dave has 26 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry with some of the Bay Area's top Mortgage Brokers and Bankers. Through his career, Dave has worked with top originators and junior LO's.

Dave earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a Real Estate and Land Use Affairs degree at CSU Sacramento. Dave currently resides in Tracy, CA with his wife and is the proud father of one son, who is a Fireman. Dave enjoys spending his free time with family and friends playing soccer, boating, and exploring California's terrain.
