I am a newcommer to real estate, but don't let that worry you.  I have been working in houses since 1984.  It all started one summer, when I started a job working for a carpet installer.  I quickly learned the trade and moved on to installing, tile, laminate, vinyl, and wood flooing.  Out on my own I installed flooring in many different homes.  Learning how to deal with different situations everyday.  Solving problems to get the job done was the key to my success.  In 1998 I bought a retail store.  I was excited.  I took hold of it and trippled the revenues.  In 2008 the economy and the fact that I was ready for a change promted me to close the store and embark on a new path.  Although, quite honestly, I did not know what that was.  Then I heard Shorewest Realty was looking for agents.  I thought that would be a interesting.  I met with the sales director and he said I would make a great sales agent.  He said with my knowledge of homes and the workings of them that I could educate sellers and buyers alike.  I also have the contacts to help sellers and buyers solve problems as they arise.  Paving the way for a smooth transaction.  Being part of Shorewest Realty (The largest home seller in Wisconsin) gives me the resources I need to make happy homes.
