Expertise......how do you define expertise? Webster defines it as n. expert skill or knowledge; expertness. I suppose then you must define expert...n. a person who has special skill or knowledge in some particular field. I think the key to the whole expertise thing in terms of real estate is KNOWLEDGE. Knowledge in our business is a daily absorption of experiences, learning from other experts, reading local and regional real estate information, continuing education from expert sources, and never thinking that you have enough or too much knowledge.
