Professional Experience: I have been with EXIT Realty Horizons since 2005 and have been a Las Cruces Top Producer every year, averaging between 35 to 40 transactions per year. I am versed in all aspects of residential, multi-family and commercial real-estate. I have developed unique methods of marketing homes to ensure that my listings sell quickly and for top dollar. Background: In 1997 I graduated from the University of New Mexico with a BFA in Classical Guitar Performance, after which, I spent 7 months in Spain studying Flamenco guitar. I spent 4 years teaching and performing in Los Angeles until the summer of 2005. Upon relocation to Las Cruces I began my career in Real Estate. I continue to perform and record Classical & Flamenco guitar as well as Indie Folk music with a twist!
Personal Information: I was born and raised in Northern New Mexico and my wife is from Basel, Switzerland. After an extensive road trip through many states, cities and towns we chose to settle in Las Cruces. We are raising two children and can vouch for the many wonderful cultural and outdoor activities Las Cruces affords for almost any interest. | Jake is a fantastic RE agent. I have been very jaded in the past due to some past RE deals but Jake has helped restore my faith. Coming into a a personal hard time to sell (huge loss on property) and following multiple family tragedies, Jake was more than supporting and kind while also being professionally responsive and attentive to all details. Being a SW Engineer, I tend to ask lots of questions and push for details and unlike other mere mortal RE agents - Jake kept up with all. He even had to help with a squatting rattlesnake that moved in on my vacant property that ironically was found by the eventual Buyers. My only wish now is that Jake was near Salem, OR so he could be my Buyer agent now! |

| Jake is very professional and very informed in real estate matters. We had problems with the buyers and we wanted to cancel the contract. Jake said let him try to make things work and he did. We closed on our house that day. Jake is an astute agent who really understands the real estate market and its ups and downs. His biggest problem is trying to convince sellers their property isn't worth what they think in todays devalued market. Jake got a contract on our house in less than two months. He is a great agent who works overtime for his clients. |
