Knowing how to help seller maneuver the complexities of the short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities are not merely good skills to have in today's market, they are critical. (ASP) Accredited Staging Proffesionals recommend actions if the owner's are open to it, prepare their house to stand out from their competition. The number 2 reason that a house fails to sell is lack of staging. Buyers are there to look at your space, not your "stuff" Jane will help you with ideas to stage your home that will help it sell much faster, and for more money.

Jane is also a HUD registered Realtor. This enables her to submit offers for buyers for foreclosed properties. Buyers cannot do this without a HUD registered agent.
