Jaynelle is a lifetime resident of the Bay Area. She is a graduate of Oakland Technical High School and attended elementary and junior high in Oakland.

Jaynelle is a University of California, Berkeley Graduate. As a working sales/marketing professional,She attended University of San Francisco graduate business school in the Finance MBA program. She switched gears to attend and graduated from UC Hastings Law School in 1991. She passed the California Bar on her first try and became a licensed attorney in December, 1991.

For a time she was the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Hayward handling litigation and Risk Management. Jaynelle left to start her own firm, Bell & Associates in 1998.

In 2004, Jaynelle happily became a full-time Realtor. She currently resides in Hercules, California.

As a REALTOR-Associate at Prudential California Realty, she obtained many sales awards and ranked in the top 3% Prudential nationwide real estate producers in her first full-time sales year.

At Coldwell Banker, Jaynelle was a top 1% real estate producer.

Jaynelle started Watermark Properties Real Estate in October, 2007 and has never looked back. She now employs six agents, including three full time Realtors.

Jaynelle has sold over 200 properties: First Time Buyer Homes, luxury homes, Residential Income Properties plus Lots and Land From Sacramento to Fresno and throughout S.F. East Bay: Antioch, Berkeley, Discovery Bay, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Hayward, Hercules,Lafayette, Martinez, Oakland, Pinole, Pittsburg, Richmond, San Ramon, Suisun City, Vallejo.
