| Choosing Kathy as my realtor was one of the best decisions I made in my home-buying process! I was a first time homebuyer, so had many, many questions, but she was patient, informative, and diligent. There were times my questions required extra legwork to answer, which I was prepared to do. However, she would surprise me a couple hours later with the data I needed in much more details than I expected, thus enabling me to make informed decisions. She also didn't hesitate to pull in the support of her office/colleagues to get the best possible answer for me. Later, when the Seller presented some obstacles in the closing process, she faithfully represented my interested and fought for right on my behalf. |

| Buying a house is not everything, but being treated well by your Realtor is. Kathy Crownover went out of her way to treat me very well. I traveled from Kansas to Iowa to locate a home prior to my PCS. Kathy hung in there from October to February with me as my situation changed often. She drove me around the area, introduced me to the place where I will be working, and we looked at sixteen (16) houses. What a patient and thorough person she is! She certainly helped me to make the right decisions concerning my home for the next year or so. Thanks to her, I feel more comfortable about my living conditions in what should be my last PCS before retirement. |

| I wanted to let everyone know what an awesome job Kathy Crownover did for us on our recent home purchase. She took care of everything for us. Including going to all the inspections as we were still living in Michigan. I cannot say enough great things about everything she did to make this process so smooth.
