My first love in Real Estate is First Time Home Buyers. I enjoy educating them on loans, towns, and every other part of the home buying process. I love shaking my Buyer's hand at the closing table knowing that I have taught and explained to them more than they needed to know. Nothing frustrates me more than when I talk to friends or family from out of the Area and they still are unfamiliar with the home buying process or the options that they could of had. I of course love working with investors especially in this market. Knowing that they are trusting me to help build their future worth with so many different possiblilties. However, with my finance background I really enjoy assisting and educating on Short Sale Properties and REO Properties. Unfortunately in these hard times I do deal with situations that make my heart ache. But if I can keep helping people save their homes or assist them out of a worse situation then I am all in! Not every form of compensation is in the form of money~ Please be careful if you are in a difficult situation that you know their your Agent is extremely knowledgeable about many different processes, if not they can unfortunately make matters worse for the Home Owner. This is why I continue to educate myself with classes, interviewing other Agents, and meeting with the Top Producers in the Country. Knowledge really is Power!
