I have been a real estate investor since 1983 and currently hold 10 properties. My company CK Rose Capital Partners' main focus is nonperforming notes. I have worked with property rehabs/flips,wholesale,rental and mortgage notes. I work with real estate professionals with nationwide contacts. I have been a practicing Dentist for 34 years having served as president of my 900 member local dental society and currently serve on the Board of trustees for the Illinois State Dental Society. I am a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the US Army Reserve having served as a Battalion Commander and General Staff Officer.
